Timea Kristof is an Executive Coach and Organisation Development Consultant with 23+ years of experience in leadership development across multicultural environments. She is the founder of Gekko Consulting and specializes in founder-CEO succession coaching. In 2022, she completed her Master's degree in People and Organisation Development, where her research focused on the psychological side of founder succession and its six key success factors.
