Yuji Yamada is founder of EnFlow (Tokyo, Japan), pioneering cross-cultural organizational transformation expert bridging Western self-management principles with Japanese business culture. Leading Japan's Teal organization movement since "Reinventing Organizations" Japanese publication (2018), he specializes in cultural adaptation of progressive management concepts. His research explores unique Japanese interpretations of wholeness, evolutionary purpose, and wa (harmony) principles in self-managed organizational design for Asian markets.
